Professional Experience
Nicholas Halatsis has been directly involved in every facet of property development. From his background in architecture through to his experiences as a Director of Property Development & Construction companies, Nick has at one time or another acted as developer, financier, architect & builder for countless projects. As Project & Design Manager, this level of experience allows Nick to ensure that the intent, detail and ultimate delivery of our various projects are realised.

Following completion of his studies, Nick worked in various Sydney architectural practices before founding his own residential property development group in 1995. In the following years this group grew and branched off into various disciplines involving architectural design, property development, construction, project marketing and project sales. As Director, Nick was responsible for all aspects of design and construction, including heading up an MBA (NSW) award winning building company and overseeing the development of hundreds of residential units.
Nick was approached by Exceland in 2007, and subsequently joined the group in pursuit of new & diverse challenges.

Educational Background
Nicholas has Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from Sydney University 1989 and a Bachelor of Architecture from Sydney University 1992.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Preparation of Project Overviews and Concepts
•Design, Planning & Documentation Co-ordination, Project Team Co-ordination and project management of construction process.
•Obtaining Regulatory Authority Approvals as required.
•Providing “added value” solutions to all projects during pre-DA, DA and CC/Construction.
