Professional Experience
Managing Director and founder of Exceland, Steven has more than 20 years experience in the property and construction industry. Early in his career, Steven studied civil engineering, and was involved in the completion of building works and contracts for other developers and companies.

In his time, Steven has been successful in completing several projects himself; including an industrial development at Moorebank, New South Wales, that won him an annual local council award for Best Design and Construction. Over the last ten years, Steven’s focus has moved into property development and the project management of these sites. Highlights to date, have included the completion of a number of unit developments (primarily in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney). These units included the construction of new and refurbishment of existing blocks. In more recent times Steven has moved into larger residential and commercial developments.

Steven maintains an excellent relationship with a broad range of real estate agents, site finders who in turn provide a myriad of development sites not yet released to market.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Planning and assessing development feasibility,
• Liaison with consultants including town planners, architects, engineers, valuers and other specialists.
• Steven also maintains strong relationships with all local councils, which is adds value to all sites by way of Development Approval.
