Professional Experience
As Chief Executive Officer of the Exceland Property Group, Tim has more than 20 years experience and background in Economics, Banking and Finance and Property Development.
Tim has had extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, working with the National Australia Bank for 14 years, including the last 10 years in senior management positions. Tim has also managed a consultancy company and was previously appointed General Manager of a Harbour Cruise Company operating in Sydney Harbour.
In the past eight years he has been actively involved through the initial formation of Exceland, the significant growth of the Group, and the maturity of the Group into a universal property business.
Educational Background
Tim has a degree from the University of New South Wales in Industrial Relations, Political Science and Economics. He has studied in Banking and Finance and has completed a number of specialised management courses, and is now a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Initial development analysis and funding requirements
• Initial submission of funding proposals to financiers and management of all covenant requirements throughout the project
• Review and execution of all legal documentation for the group
• Overall management of the various divisions within the Exceland Group
• Regular liaison with all joint venture parties, financiers, and other relevant stakeholders ensuring all project reporting is concise, timely, and relevant to the risk profile of all projects.
• Ultimate responsibility for the delivery of projects on time and within budget constraints thus maximising the added value for all stakeholders
